FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. We offer Stroller Strides® for our mamas with babies and toddlers joining in class in strollers and Body Back® without strollers for mamas to get some "me" time and in the best shape ever! Body Back includes 2 High Intensity workouts per week as well as nutrition guides and awesome support. Next session starts April 2017!!!
Come join us with your baby or toddler in the stroller for a great workout for all fitness levels and meet some new friends! Bring a yoga mat or towel and water and meet us. We work out at the Savannah Mall Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Daffin Park Tuesday and Thursday, and Hull Park (at 55th St. and Atlantic St.) on Saturday. All classes are from 9:30 til 10:30 am, and your first class is FREE!

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Our certified fitness instructors are specially trained in pre and post-natal fitness and offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.
This Class is for MOM alone. You get an hour to focus on YOU! Body Back workouts are High Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts resulting in weight loss & increased strength and energy. Stay tuned for more info on class locations and times!!!

More info on the Body Back experience: Clients can expect to see amazing transformations if they take advantage of all the program has to offer. You will work with your coach and classmates to help shed pounds, build muscle and fix the areas that have been adversely affected by pregnancy and child bearing. The program has been clinically proven in a University research study to help moms lose weight and inches. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), focusing on a combination of cardio, strength and core work, Body Back workouts are designed to help women focus on the areas they need to strengthen, especially after childbirth (no matter how long ago that was).
